The Fylde Coast Dementia Hub is a unique, community based service with open access for the Fylde Coast's residents with dementia, their families, friends and carers as well as anyone who may be worried about their memory.
The Dementia Hub
The Fylde Coast Dementia Hub will offer a large range of information and guidance which will be delivered in partnership with many organisations and individuals alike.
These services can offer a high quality support group for those with dementia as well as their carers. This comprehensive support group will come in the form of:

We are proud to announce that Blackpool Dementia Action Alliance are to collaborate with Lancashire Fire and Rescue, to bring you The Fylde Coast Dementia Hub.
The Hub will move to various locations across the region, including some Fire Stations. We will always offer a great venue where you can find lots of help and information, and where you can sit and have a quiet cup of tea and a chat in a relaxed setting.
